Our Mission
The CHAMPS Mission is to provide information on HIV to our community that empowers members to end the HIV epidemic and advance health equity in Mecklenburg County.
What is CHAMPS

CHAMPS stands for the Mecklenburg County Community HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Prevention System.

It is a website with an embedded dashboard offering up-to-date data to address barriers to HIV care, identify gaps, and enhance local prevention efforts.
Our Purpose
The CHAMPS dashboard aims to monitor progress toward the goals of the Getting to Zero (G2Z) Ending the Epidemic Plan by making data accessible and tracking trends in HIV diagnoses and the number of people living with HIV.
